Payments
Fees are agreed upon before services begin and are payable through our secure online payment process. Refund terms are provided at the time of engagement.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration case. Decisions are made solely by USCIS and other government agencies.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or denials caused by government agencies or inaccurate client information.
